IN THE HEART OF AMES! This home will have everything you want and need. Only .2 miles away from Iowa State campus and a quick 8 minute walk to see a game at Jack Trice or Hilton Coliseum! In the house, you will find a full living room, dining room, state of the art kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and main floor laundry. The outside features a jacuzzi, patio seating, grill, fire pit and large yard! Great space for families, friend groups, wedding parties, reunions, and more!

Good to know

Queen room on the main level. King, queen, full/double, and trundle bed (two twin beds) upstairs. The mattresses are comfortable and so is the bedding!! We know how important that is. One bathroom on the main level and one upstairs. No ensuite bathrooms.

Main level and upstairs are all accessible. A one car garage and driveway is available for private parking. PLENTY of street parking as well! The two car garage in back is also yours to use by request.

The house was conveniently located for our family to meet at and gather for Thanksgiving. We had 4 toddlers and there was plenty of room for them to be entertained in the living and dining room. Krista was very helpful and dropped off folding chairs when we asked if she had any available. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Had such a wonderful time here being back in Ames for a football game. The location was perfect for walking to campus or a tailgate and the house was great!!
